The award recognizes outstanding news coverage that makes a difference in the lives of people around the world. Miss Oluwatoyosi Ogunseye, the editor of Nigeria's Sunday Punch newspaper, revealed that a manufacturing plant's fumes were making its neighbors seriously ill.
